At Bad Fishes, all products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues, change of mind, or personal preference.
WE'LL MAKE IT RIGHT
If your order arrives with a defect or error on our end, we will offer a free reprint or full refund:
- Defective printing (fading, cracking, misalignment)
- Wrong item received (wrong product, size, or color)
- Item damaged upon arrival
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@badfishesofficial.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the issue
3. A brief description of the problem
Claims without photo evidence may not be accepted.
SIZE & FIT
Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection as all items are made to order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins. Contact us immediately at contact@badfishesofficial.com to request a cancellation.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Bad Fishes is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us if the issue remains unresolved.
